UPDATE – The East Algoma attachment of the O.P.P. have released the names of the two male Blind River drowning victims.
The following two men have been identified as the drowning victims:
Perry Joe BOYER DOB: 21 October 1969
Randy Allan CADA DOB: 11 December 1953
Both men were members of the Mississauga First Nation Territory.
