A new tenant is moving into empty space on Great Northern Road.
Renovations are under way at the former Bruno’s All Day Breakfast. The Steamy Bean occupied the space for several years before that. Originally built as a Robins Donuts franchise in the 1980’s.
But don’t be looking for coffee or donuts from the new place. Word is that the space will soon be occupied by a cheque cashing establishment with a drive-thru option.
No word on when the new business will be open.
Other new business developments include a PetSmart store currently under construction beside Michael’s on Second Line. Part of the big box development near Walmart and Home Depot.
