The core business of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) is policy development and advocacy on behalf of the Ontario business community. As a grassroots organization, the activities of Ontario’s Business Advocate are greatly enhanced by the participation of our members – chambers, boards of trade and corporate – on OCC policy.
The OCC’s AGM & Convention allows members to learn from subject experts, debate policy resolutions and formulate the OCC’s annual advocacy strategies. Our annual financial reports are also made public to our membership at this meeting. Local Chambers bid to host the AGM & Convention so the Chamber Network can see and learn about all areas of our province.
