Even though Otto and Vince Volpe retired from the restaurant business a couple of years ago, they are far from being idle.
While Vince travels to see his family in southern Ontario and taking care of his garden during the summer, Otto has taken his talents to the Soo Curling Club, has his weekly get-togethers with his friends, and also travels to Southern Ontario to visit his children and grandchildren. He has a website, Otto’s Culinary Vault, where he shares different tricks of his trade and family recipes.
