On the morning of May 25, 2014 at approximately 3:30am, patrol officers responded to a report of a disturbance at a local hotel in the north end of the city.
An investigation by officers resulted in the discovery of an individual being in possession of quantity of controlled substances, including cocaine and of cannabis. A total of 16 grams of cocaine and 12.2 grams of cannabis as well as $3500 in cash were located. As a result of the investigation 25 year old Jordan CIMINO-WILLIAMSON of no fixed address e was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of property obtained by crime.
During the arrest the accused fought with officers in an attempt to flee. As a result of his actions, the accused is also charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He will be appearing in bail court Monday May 26, 2014 at 10:00am.
