On the 29th of May 2014 City Police received an assault complaint. It is alleged that 28 year old Ryan CHIBLOW of 113 West Street, Blind River assaulted a male Corrections Officer at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center by throwing a cup of liquid which hit the victim.
The victim required medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
The accused has been charged with assault and will appear in bail court on May 30th, 2014.
