On May 22nd at 4:40 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Tyler Taylor, age 23 of 30 Wellington St. East with Theft under $5,000.00 and Breach of Probation. It is alleged that on May 22nd he shoplifted 2 bottles of alcohol from the LCBO in the Station Mall. By doing so he breached his probation order to be of good behavior. A police records check revealed that Taylor was also wanted on outstanding charges of Theft under $5,000.00, Breach of Probation and Breach of Undertaking. He will appear in bail court on May 23rd.
SEXUAL INTERFERENCE
On May 22nd at 8:10 pm Detectives from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested and charged a 41 year old male with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference and Breach of Probation. The investigation revealed that the male sexually assault a 14 year old youth in the fall of 2012. The male will appear in bail court on May 23rd.
OUTSTANDING CHARGES
On May 22nd at 5:00 pm Morgan Periard, age 26 of 203 Goulais Ave. #2, turned herself in at the Police Services Building for outstanding charges of Breach of Probation and Failing to Attend Court. She will attend court on June 16th, 2014.
