Walter Duggan, 20 years old, of 61 BAAWAAHTING was arrested at the Court House on a warrant for Possession of Stolen Property. It is alleged that on the 9th of September 2013 the accused attended a the Second Hand World and sold a stolen home theatre system. He is now scheduled to appear in court on June 16 2014.
51 year old Robert Smitham of 549 Cathcart St. was arrested on a warrant at the Court House for a charge of Failing to Appear for Fingerprints. It is alleged that the accused failed to show up at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service for fingerprints as required by a release document for March 24 2014. He is now scheduled to appear in court on June 16 2014.
