Sault Police Arrest

Noise Complaint Leads To Charge
On May 19 at approximately 8:00 p.m. police were called to 819 Trunk Rd for a noise complaint. When police arrived they learned that one of the guests was wanted by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service for theft under $5000 and breach of probation. It is alleged that James Bolan age 24 of 84 McNabb attended the Station Mall Wal-Mart on the 15th of May where he allegedly stole merchandise but ran from security before he could be apprehend. He is now going to Bail Court on May 20.

A Little out of Hand
A 34 year old female is in custody for Assault, Mischief Under $5000 and Theft Under $5000 in regards to a domestic incident in the city’s north end. It is alleged the accused during an altercation punched a female victim in the face, threw a vase through and window then stole the victim’s cellphone. The accused fled before police arrived but was arrested a short distance away. She is now going to Bail Court on May 20.
