Sault Ste. Marie City Police were called to a two vehicle crash with injuries just after 2pm Thursday at Shannon Road and Wellington Street East.
City Police tell SaultOnline News that one person was transported to Sault Area Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger car is a write off while the van sustained moderate to heavy damage to one side of the vehicle.
Wellington Street East was closed at Bennett Blvd while Police dealt with the investigation.
