Peacefully in her sleep at F.J. Davey Home on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the age of 89.
Beloved wife of the late John Geenen and the late William Baltussen. Loving mother of Hans and Colleen Geenen, Karen and Dan Luxton, and the late Marion Ralph. Cherished grandma of Rachel Ralph, Scott Geenen, Jonathan Geenen, Chris Luxton, Jarret Geenen, Steven Luxton, and Jennifer Geenen. Twin sister and life mate of Dora Coppens (late Jos). Predeceased by siblings Arnold Fivie, Cornelia Moeskops, Sjaan Van Es, Toos de Roy, and Kees Fivie. Special aunt of Tilly Gordon (Fred), and Alf Coppens (Renee), and their children and grandchildren. Special “mother” of Hank and Sandra Baltussen, Connie and Lennie Parisien, Ria Stadnik (John), Diane and Sylvester Bruni, and Special Oma Ria of Kirk, late Christina, Erin, Kellie, Rachel, Carly, Nikki, Vince, Sara, and Jesse. She will be remembered by numerous extended family in the Netherlands.
Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 from 5 – 6:45 pm. Memorial Service from the chapel at 7 pm.
