24 year old Patricia Lynn Pheasant of Queen St. W. was arrested by City Police officers early this morning on outstanding warrants relating to failing to appear court and for fingerprints from April of this year.
These charges were from the accused being charged initially for theft and Breach of Probation in March 2014. She will be appearing in Bail Court as well.
