On June 5, 2014 at 5:00 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged Cory Gostlin, age 35 of 346 Albert St. W. with Theft under $5,000.00 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Officers learned that the accused had allegedly stolen a motorcycle. Gostlin will appear in court on June 23rd.

On June 6, 2014 after midnight Patrol Officers attended at a residence in the northern section of the city for a domestic dispute. Officers learned a 39 year old male had assaulted and threatened to harm his ex-girlfriend. Officers learned he had also assaulted her two weeks prior on May 21st. She received minor injuries in the June assault.

The victim received medical treatment for injuries she received in the May assault. The male was on two probation orders with numerous conditions that involved not harming or be in the company of the victim. He was arrested and charged with Assault, Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats and eleven counts of Breach of Probation. He will appear in bail court on June 6th.
