On June 22, 2014 at approximately 9:30 pm police responded at Tim Horton’s Donut Shop at 410 McNabb Street regarding a possible impaired driver.
It is alleged that the driver was seen driving in an erratic manner and hit a curb in the drive thru area. The driver failed the roadside test and was arrested for having care and control of a motor vehicle while he was over the legal limit.
The accused Matthew Blair Leask, age 21 of 32 Southwood Drive is scheduled to appear in court on July 28, 2014 at 9:00am.
