Suddenly at the SAH after a very short illness, on Monday June 2, 201, Simon McQuabbie, in his 79th year.
Beloved husband of Cecile (nee Baryluak) for the past 50+ years. Very loved father of Maxine McQuabbie Pauze (Steve Riley), Mark McQuabbie (Beth Anne Muchmore) and Myles McQuabbie. Special grandfather to Kristi Ann Hendrick, Erin Melissa McQuabbie, Shane Muskaluk, Myles Allen McQuabbie, and Cody Muchmore. Simon was great great grandfather to Serenity Ann and Zander Simon Hendrick. Brother to Vincent (Sue), the late Wilfred McQuabbie and the late Yvonne Primrose. Brother in law to Paul Baryluak (Doreen), Helen Barylauk, and Irene Veldhuizen (nee Baryluak).
Family and friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Center, (corner of Cathcart and St. James Sts.), Saturday June 7, 2014 from 10am until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 1pm.
