Sault Ste. Marie will soon have a new Chief of Police. A news conference will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. by the Chair of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Board, Mr. Ian MacKenzie, to introduce the Chief Designate of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service, a media advisory was issued Monday.
The current Chief of Police, Bob Davies will be retiring June 30th.
