On June 18 Patrol Officers conducted a vehicle stop in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart on Great Northern Rd. Investigation revealed that the licence plates on the vehicle were reported stolen to the Thessalon O.P.P. on June 13 2014.
As a result 22 year old Rheal Moreau of 185 River Rd. in Thessalon was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property. He is to appear in court on July 21, 2014.
