At 8:00 pm on June 16th officers responded to a domestic complaint in the parking lot of Finn Hill on Black Road. A passerby had been waved down by the female complainant and asked to call police. The investigation resulted with a male, known to the victim, being arrested and charged with 1 count of assault. The accused will appear in bail court this morning. No injuries were reported.
Trespass at Night
At 1:20 this morning 22 year old Thomas Agawa of 160 Frontenac Street was arrested and charged with Trespass at night and Breach of Probation. Patrol officers had received a complaint of a person in the back yards of houses on Cunningham Road. The accused was apprehended on Routledge Street after a short foot pursuit. Agawa also had outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court, trespass at night and breach of probation. Mr. Agawa will appear in bail court this morning.
