A 16 year old youth was arrested last night on a recently issued warrant which had him charged with possession of a weapon dangerous, administer a noxious substance and assault with a weapon.
It is alleged the youth entered a centrally located apartment building on June 8th and sprayed what appeared to be bear mace within the building directing it towards a specific person. When the youth was arrested on the 10th of June he was found to be in possession of a can of bear spray and further charged accordingly.
He will be appearing in Bail Court this morning.
