Early last evening City Police officers received a call of a disoriented male in the Bellevue Park area. Upon attending and locating the male, it was learned he was wanted on outstanding warrants.
46 year old Michael Nolan of 1547 Trunk Rd. was arrested for failing to appear for fingerprints and failing to appear in court from earlier this year.
He will be appearing in Provincial Court August 25th.

26 year old male was arrested by City Police late yesterday afternoon after he damaged a TV belonging to his girlfriend. Further investigation revealed that the male was on a Recognizance of bail not to molest, harass or annoy his girlfriend as well as keep the peace and be good. As a result he was charged with one count of mischief and 2 counts of breaching his Recognizance. He will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
A 30 year old male was charged with one count of domestic related mischief as well. It is alleged he damaged the roof of his ex-common law’s vehicle on the 20th of July. He will be appearing in Provincial Court August 20th.
