On July 8th at 1:20 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 29 year old male with Mischief and two counts of Breach of Probation.
Officers had previously warned the male to turn down his stereo as it was disturbing other tenants in his building. Once the officers left the building, the male resumed playing his stereo at a loud volume.
Upon his arrest it was learned he was on two probation orders to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He will attend court on August 18th.
