Sault Ste. Marie OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 17 north Tuesday evening at approximately 5:10 pm.
A car travelling on Highway 17 near Post Office Road left the roadway and rolled down an embankment.
There were no injuries. The vehicle had to be towed.
As a result of police investigation 71 year old Timothy Legoff of Toronto, ON was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
