It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Gerald Gamsby Williamson peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Friday, July 11, 2014 in his 71st year.
Beloved husband of the late Roberta Williamson. Devoted father of Tammy McGonegal (Michael). Special grandfather to Nathan and Natalie-Shea. Brother of the late Clarence Albert Williamson (Milly), late Albert Armitage as well as the late Jimmy and the late Lorne and Ernie. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews Johnny, Denise, Christopher and Beulah and many cousins. Gerry will be greatly missed by his friends from the Baptist Church.
A celebration of Gerry’s life will be held at the First Baptist Church on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 1:30 pm. Pastor Jack DeVries officiating.
