Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Sault Ste. Marie wants to recognize the support of local Bell Aliant workers.
For the third year, the agency received 60 fully stocked back-packs to deliver to our Little Brothers and Sisters.
The need was great this year, especially with the increasing costs of back to school supplies.
We had several requests from parents and thankfully with the generosity of our local community of Bell Aliant workers along with contributions from Staples Business Depot, Pickard Construction, Emera Construction and Netricom we were able to provide all of our Littles with back-packs.
The back-packs and supplies were purchased by Bell staff with their own funds and filled with various school supplies.
