On the 31 August 2014 Patrol Officers attended to a motor vehicle collision on Bennett Blvd. involving two vehicles.
Four of the occupants of one of the vehicle sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Officers located and charged Micheal Pinder 43 yrs. With impaired operation causing bodily harm x 4, assault policex2, resist arrest, fail to remain and mischief to the police holding cells.
He will appear in WASH court on the 31 August 2014.
