Another proud moment in Garden River Friday when Jordan Nolan returned with the Stanley Cup for a second time around in three years with the L.A. Kings. Jordon is the son of Ted Nolan an NHL coach.
The cup returned with Nolan today in Garden River as hundreds snapped “selfies” with Nolan and Hockey’s top prize.
A large crowd gathered at the Garden River Fire Dept to kick off the parade route with Nolan riding on top of a fire truck with the cup along Highway 17B to the Pow Wow grounds.
There, a proud community showed Nolan their appreciation with an official public Pow Wow ceremony.
Awesome piece Craig Huckerby!!!
