On the 2nd of August City Police attended in the west end for a domestic dispute. It is alleged that a 32-year old male smashed his ex-girlfriends I-phone 5 and broke it. It is further alleged that the accused then attended at her residence and forced his way in.
At the time of the offence the accused was on probation. The male has been charged with one count of Mischief Under $5,000, one count of Forcible Entry and one count of Breach of Probation. The accused will appear in bail court this morning.
Making Noise
On the 2nd of August just after 1 am City Police received a 911 call of a male rattling doors and windows at a residence in the 600 block of Wellington Street West. Officers attended in the area and located the male. 23-year old Kingsley Abitong of 73 Wellington Street West was charged with one count of Trespass by Night and will appear in court on August 25th.
