On August 8, 2014 at approximately 1:20 am City Police attended at 410 Pim Street regarding the theft of a wallet that had occurred on July 16, 2014.
It is alleged that the accused Jimmy Rowland age 19 of 129 Grosvenor Avenue took a wallet out of the victim’s purse. The accused then took a debit card out and used it to purchase gas on 3 occasions and later threw the wallet and contents out of his vehicle.
Police arrested the accused for theft of a credit card, using a stolen credit card and theft under $5000. The accused will appear in court on September 15, 2014 at 9:00 am.
