On the 11 August 2014 City Police received a call to Cambridge Place regarding 4 males beating up and dragging another man into a vehicle. Patrol officers attended and gathered information on the suspect vehicle that had left the area.
The vehicle and the victim were located a short time later. As a result of the investigation three men have been arrested. Charged is Brad Dicy (age 22) of London Ontario with possession of a prohibited weapon (brass knuckles), assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement and threatening death.
Also charged is Curtis Vezina (age 23) of London Ontario with forcible confinement, assault causing bodily harm, possession of a prohibited weapon and threatening death. The third man located was Dawud Warburton (age 23) of London Ontario. He was also charged with threatening death, forcible confinement and assault causing bodily harm. All three men will be appearing in bail court on 12 August 2014 at 10:00 AM.
