On August 14, 2014 City Police arrested Terry Constantineau age 57 at his residence at 1674 Wellington Street East for threatening death. Earlier in the day it is alleged that the accused threatened to slit the throat of the victim. The accused will appear in court on September 15, 2014 at 9:00 am.
On August 14, 2014 a female age 37 was arrested by City Police for threatening death and intimidation. It is alleged that the accused threatened to cause death or bodily harm to the victim. The victim received the threats by way of social media (facebook). The accused will appear in bail court on August 15, 2014 at 10:00 am.
Fraud Charges
On Thursday August 14th City Police officers arrested 49 year old Terry POWLEY of 61 Wellington St. East for fraud. It is alleged that she fraudulently withdrew a sum under $5000 from the account of an individual known to her. She will appear in court in September
