This website follows Gary Trembinski in his journey to his ultimate goal of competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. On this new website you can find his blog, including race statistics, race recaps, season recaps, along with training videos, and racing videos.
You can also find his sponsor page that includes Exit Realty Lake Superior and Metallo’s Mini Mart. Gary Trembinski is a junior hockey player turned speed skater. After undergoing one shoulder surgery due to recurring dislocations and re-injuring that shoulder, Gary was forced to quit the sport he loved most. Without skipping a beat, the opportunity of speed skating presented itself and Gary hasn’t looked back. After only 3 seasons in the sport, Trembinski is now training with the prestigious Oval Program in Calgary, Alberta. Gary is coached by 2014 Sochi Olympic coach Todd McClements and trains with some of the top athletes in Canada.
