On September 14, 2014 City Police responded to a domestic incident in the East end of the City. A male age 48, went to his ex-wife’s residence driving a motor vehicle and was in an intoxicated condition.
He then tried to enter the residence but he was refused entry by the victim. The victim was then assaulted when the male push her with both hands causing her soreness to her chest. The push also caused the victim to sprain her right ankle.
The accused then pulled flowers from the garden, threw gravel and sand at the residence and removed a decorative stone from the property.
Police arrested the accused for assault, mischief, having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired and the accused would not provide a suitable sample of his breath at the request of the breathalyzer technician. The accused will appear in bail court on September 15, 2014 at 10:00 am.
