A 22 year old male is in custody and has been remanded to bail court charged with assault, forcible confinement, uttering death threats and Breach of Probation after it is alleged that on 01 Sept 2014 he held down, choked and grabbed the throat of his pregnant girlfriend. It is also alleged he threatened to kill her and her unborn child.
Nicholas Thought He Was Fooling Them
23 year old Nicholas Fronzi of 419 Third Avenue is in custody and has been remanded to bail court charged with break and enter, breach of probation and possession of stolen property after a 911 call was received about a male breaking into a residence on Charles St. at 12:38 today. An observant neighbor observed a male enter the residence through a basement window and called police.
The witness kept observation on the home while remaining on the telephone with police and also warned the homeowner who arrived while the accused was in the residence. A second citizen in the area called police after he observed a suspicious male dump a bicycle, hide a backpack and change his clothes. Officers located the male in the area after he fled. He had hidden the bicycle, hidden his backpack and changed clothes to avoid apprehension. Fronzi was arrested with a gold ring from the residence found hidden in his shoe.
Damage to a window was reported on Hudson Street – apparently made with a pellet gun.
