On the 19 September 2014 City Police detectives noticed a man in a vehicle that was wanted on an outstanding charge of break and enter. With the assistance of patrol officers the vehicle was stopped and Charles Joseph Carricato (age 39) was arrested. The incident stems from a break in to a storage unit on the 13 September 2014. A substantial amount of property was stolen from one of the units. Carricato will be appearing in bail court on 22 September 2014 at 10:00 AM.
