Yesterday afternoon 34-year old Kyle Madill was no fixed address was arrested on an outstanding warrant for one count of break and enter.  It is alleged that the accused broke into a residence on Borron Avenue on the 14th of August.  He will appear in court on October 27th.

City Police also attended at the Canadian Tire Store at 200 McNabb Street regarding a shop lifting matter.  It is alleged that the accused Ryan Moll age 30 of 295 First Avenue, was observed putting a wrench in his pocket and later left the store with no attempt to pay for the item.  The accused was apprehended by a loss prevention officer.  Police attended and continued the arrest.  The accused was charged with theft under $5,000 and breach of probation.  The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 20, 2014 at 9:00 am.
