On September 13, 2014 City Police responded to a call to have two female’s removed from a residence as they were allegedly causing damage within the house.
Upon arriving two females were located fleeing the scene. Further investigation revealed the two females were young persons and were at the residence and consuming alcohol. When asked to leave one of the females began to damage property within the residence.
One female age 17 years of age, was arrested for mischief under $5000, breach of recognizance (condition not to consume alcohol), and breach of probation X 3. The accused appeared in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court).
A check of the second female revealed that she was also on probation not to consume alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused age 15 will appear in court on October 14, 2014 at 9:30 am.
