Ceremony Postponed

A flag raising ceremony was planned at City Hall for 9am Friday but rain and thunderstorms forced the organizers to re-think it.

After some early phone calls and quick messaging the Sault Pridefest committee has decided to postpone the flag raising and opening ceremonies until tomorrow morning. The pride flag will still be up at city hall as requested by Sault pride to have it raised for the entire weekend of the Pride Festival. The rest of the events are still going on as planned. On behalf of the organizers we apologize for any inconvenience and wish every Saultite and all visitors a very happy Pride.
