On the 23 September 2014 City Police were on patrol in the west end of the city. They noticed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed and pulled the vehicle over.
The driver was found to have been consuming alcohol. He was arrested for impaired driving and brought to the Police station. O.P.P. assisted with the Intoxilizer test and the man was found to be over the legal limit. He was also on a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
He was also already suspended from driving. Thomas Frank Pine (age34) is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, consuming over the legal limit, suspended driving and breach of probation. He will be appearing in court on the 27 October 2014 at 9:00 AM
