On September 20, 2014 it is alleged that the accused Ernest Caputo age 45 breached a release order by attending at an address on Great Northern Road when he was directed not to. The accused was also on two probation orders with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. On October 11, 2014 the accused was located at a downtown location and arrest by City Police for breach of undertaking and breach of probation X 2. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on October 12, 2014.
On October 11, 2014 it is alleged that Leslie Brian Dunne, age 67 had care and control of a motor vehicle while his ability to operate the vehicle was impaired by alcohol. The accused attempted to enter back into Canada and was stopped by Canada Customs. The accused failed a road side test and City Police were called. The accused later failed a breathalyzer test and was charged with driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in his blood. The accused will appear in court on November 17, 2014 at 09:00.
A break and enter was reported to a residence on Lawson Avenue overnight. The garage was entered through an unlocked man door and alcohol was stolen from a fridge inside.
A theft of front and rear licence plates was reported stolen off a vehicle on Carufel Ave.
On October 11, 2014, it is alleged that the accused Ricardo Policicchio, age 25 was in the Metro grocery store at the Churchill Plaza. The accused was observed leaving the store with an undisclosed amount of meats and other groceries. The accused left the area in a vehicle. On October 12, 2014 the accused was arrested for theft under $5,000 and will appear in court on November 10, 2014, at 9:00 am.
