Crime Stoppers and the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police are looking for the public’s help.
On Sunday, September 7, 2014 at approximately 5:30 am a transport driver was pulled over in a snowplow turnaround on Highway 17 just East of Blind River, Ontario.
The driver was walking around the front of his truck when out of the corner of his eye he saw a male lunging towards him.
An altercation took place and the driver was injured.
The driver managed to run back to his truck and drive away.
The suspect is described as male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a plaid flannel jacket over a hoodie that was pulled tight around his face.
