On October 30, 2014 at 11:52 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 22 year old male with Criminal Harassment and Breach of Recognizance. The male was on court imposed conditions not to communicate with a female party. He repeatedly attempted to contact her. He will appear in court on October 31st.
On October 31, 2014 at 12:35 am Patrol Officers checked a vehicle in the 600 block of Third Line East. Officers found the driver to be displaying signs of having consumed alcohol. The driver was issued a roadside screening demand and allegedly refused to comply with this demand. The driver, Irene Myllyla, age 52 of 3911 Queen St. East was arrested and charged with Failing to Provide a Sample for a Roadside Screening Device. She will appear in court on December 1st.
