Apparently, ward one constituents are not that concerned with the brown water problems that they’ve been complaining about for the last few years.
There were very few people at the debate and no questions were asked about the problem. The only candidate that talked about the water was Andy Martens. He even took time out during the day to talk to the PUC about it. This brown water issue has been identified as a major problem in this ward.
