Ward three candidate, Tim Thibault, is determined to be elected and at the same time, help the city become the first city in Ontario to harvest and sell weed. He believes that this will make the city thrive economically.

  1. I was making reference to the federal Liberals in this video not the provincial Liberals. This cities voters will decide in next years election whether or not we support the Liberals on the issue of legalizing marijuana. If the Liberals are elected and legalize it, I would like our city to be first in the provence to set up industry.
