On Wednesday October 1, 2014 officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police executed a search warrant at 154 Albert Street East, upstairs apartment and in doing so located a male that was wanted by the Police Service.
The accused Tyler Nicholas Seaton attempted to flee by jumping out the window. Police apprehended the accused. The charges involved included robbery and breach of probation. The accused will appear in Bail Court October 2, 2014 at 10:00 am. During the search a female accused was found to be in possession of suspected controlled substances.
It is alleged that the female possessed 66.9 grams of cocaine, 6.1 grams of crack cocaine, 1400 micrograms of Fentanyl and 16 pills of Oxycodone. The accused was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking X 4.
Chantelle Lynn Bonenfant, age 32 of 104 Weldon Avenue will appear in Bail Court on October 2, 2014 at 10:00 am.
