Treena and I stopped by the Legion on Great Northern Road today to check in on Algoma Autism’s 1st Annual Trunk or Treat event. Vehicles were lined up in the parking lot, each decorated in a variety of themes to entice everyone from superheros to fable characters.
Kids of all ages moved from trunk to trunk gathering yummy treats from behind the seats.
The Trunk or Treat event was a fun and interactive way for children with special needs to experience the joy of Trick or Treating in a non-threatening and more accessible atmosphere.
