On the 3rd of November 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m. City Police received a 911 hang up call from a residence in the north end of the city. When officers investigated the call they arrested a 39 year old female at the residence that was on a recognizance of bail.
The accused was charged with 3 counts of breaching her conditions with a female victim from a previous domestic. She was also charged with mischief under $5000 as it is alleged that she smashed the victim’s phone. The accused will be appearing in bail court this morning.

On the 3rd of November 2014 at approximately 2:15 pm Patrol Services arrested Jeffrey Carl Alton 43yrs of 36 Boehmer Blvd Apartment# 102B Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario with regards to an Arrest Warrant for Criminal Harassment.
It is alleged the accused contacted the victim numerous times by telephone and texting between the 25th of May and the 26th of June 2014. The accused will appear in Court on the 8th of December 2014.
