On November 9 at approximately 3:00 a.m. patrol officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Bruce St.
Investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking and a road side screening device was administered, which the accused failed.
Charged with having care and control of a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol is Roy Kreutzberger of Allen’s Side Rd. He will appear in court on December 15.
