Intoxicated Female and Camouflage Boots

On November 27, 2014 Police responded to a shoplifting call at the Canadian Tire Store, 200 McNabb Street. It is alleged that security observed a male select a pair of camouflage boots, tried them on and then put his old boots back in the box. The accused left the old boots there and left the store without paying. The accused Shawn Mcfadden, age 55 of 135 Cambridge Place apartment #308 was arrested for theft under $5000.00. The accused will appear in court on December 29, 2014 at 9:00 am.

On November 27, 2014 City Police arrested a 46 year old male for domestic related matters. The accused was located in the east end of the City and it is alleged that the accused was speaking to and in the company of a female that the accused was not supposed to communicate with or be within 50 meters of. The accused is currently on 2 separate court ordered documents with conditions. The accused was arrested for breach of probation X 2 and breach of recognizance X 2. A further check revealed that on November 15, 2014 it is alleged that the accused was with the victim at a downtown hotel. The accused was further charged with 2 more counts of breach of probation and a further 2 counts of breach of recognizance. The accused will appear in bail court on November 28, 2014 at 10:00 am.

On November 27, 2014 City Police attended at the Canadian Motor Hotel at 410 Pim Street regarding and intoxicated female. On attending a check was done and it was found that the female was indeed intoxicated and was on an undertaking with a condition that she not consume alcohol. The accused was arrest for breach of undertaking. The accused Larissa Ashley Crawford age 22 of 115 Cambridge Place apartment #303 is scheduled to attend court on December 29, 2014 at 9:00 am.
