The City of Sault Ste. Marie invites citizens to submit nominations for the 2014 Medal of Merit Award.
The Medal of Merit is awarded annually to individuals or groups who have achieved provincial or national championship status in an athletic or other competitive endeavour; achieved a standard of excellence in a cultural or academic field; or have made an outstanding contribution to the community.
Nominations will be accepted by the City Clerk on behalf of the Medal of Merit Selection Committee until Monday, December 1, 2014.
