On November 18, 2014 City Police responded to a call at the YMCA on McNabb Street regarding a male subject that was there that was on probation not to be where young person’s under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably be present. Police arrested the accused for breach of probation. The accused Robert Osborne, age 33 will appear in bail court on November 19, 2014 at 10:00 am.
Impaired Called It In
On November 18, 2014 police received an anonymous call regarding a male named Marc wanting to turn himself in because he was wanted. The caller indicated that the person would be in a Kia vehicle behind the Burger King. Police located the vehicle and driver. A strong odor of an alcohol beverage was detected coming from the breath of the accused. The accused was given a road side test and failed. The accused was brought to the police station and was given a breath test and was charged with having care and control of a motor vehicle with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused Marc Joseph Morris age 40 of Beaverbrook New Brunswick will appear in bail court on November 19, 2014 at 10:00 am.
